• Vector Group check test.

• Winding Resistance measurement.

• Load Losses measurement test.

• No Load Losses measurement test.

• Applied Voltage withstand test i.e. High Voltage test.

• Induced Voltage withstand test i.e. DVDF test.

• Insulation Resistance test.

To ensure Reliability and Quality of our products we conduct following tests for New Designs:

• Impulse Voltage withstand test.
  [ at CPRI Bhopal, NTH Ghaziabad, ERDA Baroda.]

• Short Circuit Dynamic and Thermal withstand test.
  [ at CPRI Bhopal, ERDA Baroda.]

• Temperature Rise test. [ In-House facility.]

• Zero Sequence Impedance Measurement test.
  [ In-House facility.]

• Noise Level Measurement test. [ In-House facility.]

To ensure the quality of Oil, the following tests are conducted at our In-House facility as per IS:

• Tan Delta test.

• Specific Resistance ( Resistivity ) test.

• Measurement of Density of Oil.

• Break down Voltage ( BDV ) test.

Our testing Equipment/Meters are well calibrated from reputed Government Houses like ERTL New-Delhi and National Test House Ghaziabad.
